Joscelyn Jones is the Contracts Manager and Paralegal for Visus Therapeutics, supporting the internal legal, research, and business teams. Prior to joining Visus, Joscelyn spent the past two years focused on the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system at her previous employer in addition to identifying, implementing, and educating the broader organization about improved legal processes. Over her career as a paralegal, she has worked in various industries, both in-house and at boutique law firms.

Joscelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Western Washington University and an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College.

Joscelyn has also given her energy and passion to other important business efforts in her career as well, including being a co-leader for a Women’s Employee Resource Group at Articulate which advocated for women’s rights and produced educational programs for all employees.
