Dell Larned joined Visus in July 2021 with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Visus, Dell worked at Adare Pharma Solutions (formerly Aptalis and Eurand, Inc.). During her time at Adare, she held positions in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, and Operational Excellence.  In her most recent role, she supported projects in pharmaceutical development and operations in a project management capacity.  She led cross-functional teams to achieve productivity improvements on commercial products, execute internal process development, and advance the development of a new technology platform within the organization.  Dell previously worked as an Operations Shift Manager at Ethel M Chocolates (a division of Mars, Inc.) and began her career at Abbott Laboratories in its Engineering Professional Development Program.

Dell holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has training in Lean and Six Sigma tools, with Green Belt Certification.
